The splint is extremely pliable, but bend it into any of three simple curves, and it becomes extremely rigid and supportive for any fractured, sprained, or injured limb.

I'm a ski patroller and have experience with Sam splints. I was very surprised when I opened the package to find three splints WITHOUT labels on them (i.e., they don't look like the photo). First time I'd ever seen a Sam-brand splint without the maker's imprint on it. These splints are very thin ... too thin ... so I will have to use two in a sandwich to make a proper splint. Something ain't right here.

GUess the splints don't have markings on them... they called me after I left negative feedback (I did e-mail earlier).
